  • On arrival, present your order number and valid ID for a hassle-free pickup.

Delivery & Issues:

  • Delivery times vary based on location and shipping method.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Victorian Rose, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. While we do not process returns for cash or credit, we understand that sometimes an item might not be quite right.

Exchange Procedure:

  • Eligibility: Items can be exchanged if returned within 14 days from the date the customer received the product.

  • Condition: To qualify for an exchange, the item must be in its original, unused condition, complete with all tags and packaging.
